I also managed multiple social media platforms, including TikTok and Lemon8, driving 150,000+ impressions and 800+ engagements through audience-centric campaigns. Additionally, I designed and developed sleek, user-friendly websites using WordPress Elementor, ensuring seamless UX while aligning with brand aesthetics.

During my internship at Sofitel Singapore City Centre, I honed my skills in luxury hospitality and guest relations while managing daily front office operations. I handled guest check-ins and check-outs using the OPERA system, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
